What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and a description of your drainage problem. If you phone or email us, we keep the details you give us.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote for and carry out the work, and invoice you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is held by our website and email host (IONOS) and our accountants for record-keeping. We keep job and invoice records for 6 years to meet tax rules; enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months.
